Please add a dropdown to the Service Contract Number (SCN) line on the case logger form that is already pre-populated with the SCNs associated to each user's logon credentials.
With the introduction of the subscription model from PTC, each subscription now has it's own separate SCN. Instead of being able to use the same number for all cases, we now have to manually remember and type in unique SCNs depending on which contract the case is related to.
If this isn't an option, then maybe consider allowing cases to be created by customer number instead of contract number.
(Yes, I realize this isn't technically a Windchill idea, but there isn't a "Tech Support" ideas space in the community.)
