Add Text Color option for "Specified, " Failure Rate Types in WQS.

Every once in a while I get caught in WQS Prediction with having parts that look like they are being calculated but actually have a "fixed" failure rate or MTBF due to the Failure Rate Type being "Specified".   I would like to see an option to select the Text Color for Specified failure rate types.  After a calculation, these parts would be easy to find, similar to the "Defaults used color option in the Prediction settings.

Terry,

with the format builder, enable the "failure rate, type" column in the table. This will allow you to filter e.g. all "specified" failure rates.
