Add Windchill parameters for latest change number and where used

Add Windchill parameters for latest change number and where used

ASME Y14.35 requires a Revision table for drawings. This information is commonly processed in Windchill. It would save a lot of time if this information could be exposed in a Windchill parameter that could then be used on drawings to automate the revision history table. Solidworks has this with EPDM:

Similarly it is common practice to have a where used, used on and QTY on engineering drawings. This is information that Windchill has that could be passed to the drawing via a parameter.

These parameters should have the ability to have auto-updating turned on and off (like Microsoft Word fields) in order to satisfy configuration control over the drawing.

We had some solutionarchitects here on site at start of Windchill for nearly the same toppic and we were told it is not possible to get this attributes ootb. We have to use promotionrequests and catch users data with some customization. these attributes are also transmitted to frame of drawing and it is updated automatically. By actions like "new version" or "save as" this fields are cleared and filled with "-" or a date in the future like 31.12.2999

You can see solidworks and their PDM do this in the video here: https://youtu.be/6PhyCuaGgnQ?t=1791

It would be REALLY useful!
