Add a hot key to the 'editing' block to quickly access 'edit usage attributes' when in a structure

Having to stand on the item and wait for the tool to allow access to the 'edit' pulldown to access the 'Edit Usage Attributes' and other commands takes too much time and is very inefficient when many items are affected. Suggest adding a hot key to the Editing block to go right to the 'Edit Usage Attributes' command so that bom notes or ref des information can be quickly added.

 

This will result in significant increase in efficiency.
