How many times are you reloading the rbinfo files that this is something that PTC should be investing limited development money for?
You may modify the files many times during initial development, but once the system is placed into production, do you really modify the actions and the rbinfo files frequently enough that this is needed? I have made 1 change to our rbinfo files when we added a new classification level in the 10 years that we have had Windchill in production. I do not run a 24/7 operation so I do a daily reboot of my Windchill servers and that would pick up any changes I made overnight (after testing on my development servers).
