Add ability to export and import interference detection results from Windchill.

Add ability to export and import interference detection results from Windchill.

This is an enhancement request to be able to export and import interference detection results from Windchill.  The ability to export results to a CSV file exists today from Creo View, but not directly from Windchill.  Also, there is no way to read the dispositioned results back into Windchill.

We have found that the tools in Windchill and Creo View are just not quite up to speed for reviewing and dispositioning large amounts of data.  We're finding ourselves having to page through lots of data (a slow mind-numbing task), and flipping between Windchill and Creo View to be able to disposition things correctly.

We've had much better luck exporting the results to a CSV file (from Creo View) then slicing and dicing the data in Excel.  Pivot tables have been extremely helpful for identifying hits that can be ignored in bulk.  The problem is that once we identify them, we can't disposition them in bulk.  At least not easily.  It would be very handy to simply disposition them in Excel then read the Excel file back into Windchill.

Some additional info / gotchas.

1 - We are using Excel, but could see the export file being any format that could be read easily.  CSV, XML, other.

2 - The current format of the exported file (whatever format it is) will likely need to be modified to include a field for the disposition (maybe others).

3 - Since updated data would be read back into Windchill, there needs to be some thought on how to manage the results.  Simply clobbering the Windchill results with modified data from Excel without some sort of control is not what we want.  A possibility would be to temporarily lock the results (i.e., check them out) while working with them in Excel.  Once overwritten, they would be iterated.
