Today we have different Part sub-types, each of them does not have the same available views and not the same default view. OIR seemed to be the perfect feature to set it but this information can not be managed by them.
I agree. Customers who are using specific part types for manufacturing or service parts requires that the default view shall be type-dependent. As today the user have to select the right view from the dropdown, which causes misstakes. This shall be an option in the OIR or by setting the default value in type manager.
