According to FDA regulation (21 CFR 820.25(b)), the customer have to store the proof of training (the performed test) and be able to trace that this test was performed by this user for this document. The only place I have found to achieve this traceability is on the training record object (com.ptc.qualitymanagement.qms.trainingtracking.TrainingRecord). However it´s not possible to att attachment or content to that object. A solution is needed to fulfill the FDA requirement.
