Add filename validation to the Save to Workspace option in the CAD application

The current Save to Workspace option in the PTC Windchill tool ribbon within SolidWorks does not have any filename validation against the Commonspace, thus allowing for the creation of a lot of object copies brought in from the outside and even causing check in conflicts.

It would be nice if this Save to Workspace option would have the same type of validation and disposition options (New, Modify, Reuse) as in the Import to Workspace functionality.
