Add "Actions> Export List to File> on all tables (Even within objects)

Add an "Actions" shortcut on all Windchill tables, with at least "Export List to File" Functionality , as well as the ability to customize view of any table.

Many times, we get requests from users for reports, and if they could just filter/customize view and export a table to xls or their preferred medium it would be helpful.

This is an action I have implemented on so many tables. Would be nice it if there were an easier way to configure it on/off. I can see the data security issues it brings up, so there needs to be an easy way to control access.

@jbailey It would be good to get a list of important tables.  This is an area that we try to work on opportunistically as teams are working on various tables.  As an example in Windchill 11.2.0.0 we added them to several tables in Options Pools and Option Sets and in Windchill 12.0.0.0 we completed it for the remainder.

@JeffZemsky In addition to Export to Excel being available in more places, it would be helpful to create custom views in several locations or consistency of columns available - see images below. I'm not sure Export to Excel is needed on all of them. I know the 'Quick Access' column is pretty new with the Windchill Extensions but I thought I'd share some places where it might get used. We're using Windchill 11.0 M030.

@JeffZemsky  - This type of improvement would be a great UI enhancement for Orca.  Table inconsistencies area huge area of frustration from end users (and admins).  The ability to customize views & export should be standardized across all tables.
