Add "Collapse" in process plan structure

Salam alejkum,

in WCH 11.1 we can expand structure of process plan but missing opposite feature for collapse in "Display" menu.

When structure is completely expanded there is no single task for collapse all. In order to collapse it user have to click on process plan top level (triangle) then Display and Refresh which is not intuitive at all. Add "Collapse selected" and "Collapse All" features.
