Add "Edit Multiple Objects" to Resulting Objects "Actions" drop down!!!!

Add "Edit Multiple Objects" to Resulting Objects "Actions" drop down!!!!

Adding the "Edit Multiple Objects" to Resulting Objects "Actions" drop down menu of a CA would help significantly when doing mass changes to WTParts.  The Change Activity (or ECN) is an obvious place where mass changes to the WTPart attributes would be occurring.  Not sure why it is not there already, as this drop down already has "mass change" (which is great), but it is for structure changes only. Why not complete the convenience and allow mass change to WTPart attributes?   This sure seems like a relatively simple change that would facilitate changes, especially when a large amount of objects are involved!

VOTE IT UP!  Is there any reason not to?

Another use case ... perhaps several objects need to be renamed.  "Edit Multiple Objects" or "Rename" action could facilitate that in the context of the change object as opposed to search results or folder browser.

What about allowing it on CAD files for attributes too?

Add "Edit Multiple Objects" to Resulting Objects "Actions" --> This would be really helpful!

We customized exactly this requirement with big effort and it is used very often by the users in daily work! Nobody wants to miss it anymore.

Having this action OOTB would be great.

Attention:

The Resulting Objects table is available at several places, for example on the Change Task's Details page, or as an own tab in the Change Task, or in the Create and Edit wizard of a Change Task / Change Notice Implementation Plan, in the Change Notice Implementation Plan tab if you have only one Change Task... Therefore a customization is very complex and requires high effort and can have many side effects. Therefore a OOTB solution would be a big plus.
