Add "Latest" filter to Where Used for EPMDoc

I would like to see a "Latest" filter option added to the "Where Used" table filter options for EPMDocs.  This will help decrease the number of objects shown in the table.  There is one available for WTParts but not for EPMDocs.

An additional option or something that could go will go with the "Latest" filter is to only show the latest if the initially selected file is in the latest.  In other words, if the file is only in A, B & C versions but not in D, don't show it in the list.  In other words, if it is not in the most recent version of the file, don't show it in the list.  If we want to see the history of where it is, we won't use the latest filter.
