When submitting a promotion request, there is no option to save and submit later, therefore no opportunity to refine information or add additional details before submitting. This is different to submitting an ECR, where there is an option to ‘submit later’, or when completing most workflow tasks, to ‘save’
- Submitting a promotion (only option is to Finish – and workflow immediately starts)
- Submitting a change request (option to submit later – providing opportunity for additional information and user gets a ‘submit change’ task)
- Completing a change task (option to save – providing opportunity to add additional information, prior to completing task)
4. What is the use case for your organization?
Hundreds of promotion requests are submitted globally each day. If any information is missed on initial creation, the user must start a brand new request and get the original promotion request deleted by an administrator

Assuming 10% of promotion requests need additional information, we currently waste 10min x 20 per day, approx. $80k per year is wasted
