The wizards for creating new documents in the Webbrowser and in the DTI are different.
In the DTI the tab for uploading attachments is missing.
This problem is described in article CS157922. According to this article PTC has not planed to implement this function.
In our company we miss this feature and for new users different wizards for the same activity are very confusing and not acceptable.
