Add support for Thumbnail Navigation in the Package Contents and Delivery Contents Tables

No Thumbnail Navigation in Package Tables.

There is currently no support for adding Thumbnail Navigation to the Package Contents and Delivery Contents tables in Windchill. This column was added to number of Change Management tables in Windchill 11.0 as noted in "Ability to include thumbnail navigation in promotion objects table".

Allowing folks to enable thumbnail navigation in table views would be a big help when verifying Packages and Deliveries.

It would be nice if this column could just be added to all tables that support objects with thumbnails so we're not picking at it one table at a time or one functional area at a time.

This idea should also include the Preview Collection table, which currently does not have end user view configuration.
