This is an enhancement request to be able to preview the results of an interference detection study in the context of it's assembly.
Today, Windchill does display a mouse-over preview for an interference. That's good, but it only shows the components, not the assembly. For large assemblies it's very difficult to figure out exactly where they are. Especially when there are multiple instances of the same components.
We realize that simply showing the entire assembly won't help either. Way too much data. But if there was a way to show just the neighboring components (within some distance) using wireframe/phantom lines we think it could be helpful. This would allow us to disposition interference results in Windchill with much more confidence without having to open them in Creo View.
