Add the possibility to rename several documents at the time

In Windchill, it's possible to rename articles and CAD document, but not other kind of documents.

This might be a very good feature and will also harmonize the interface in using a similar process for all kind of objects within Windchill. It doesn't really make sense that we can use this feature for only a part of the available objets.

At the moment, we have the following text explaining this can't be done on objects other than Article and CAD documents :

I only have WC 11.1 to test with, but this capability is not available. I cannot image why PTC would not implement multi-object rename for document when they have implemented it for CAD and Parts.

@ScottMorris there is a bug in 11.2.1.0, and maybe earlier 11.2 releases, that removes Rename for documents unless you go to the structure page of the document and select edit and rename.  Somewhere it got messed up with the licensing groups, because there are some obscure licenses that do allow documents to be renamed.  So I cannot even test in 11.2 right now.
