Add to Baseline option need to be added in 'New Change Notice' for Affected Objects in Action Menu.

We require that quantity should be  shown as per BOM structure version.

We have created BOM structure with version A6.1 where we have maintained quantity as 60 and revised BOM structure to version A7.1 and changed quantity to 70.

When we open previous version A6.1 that time it is showing quantity as 70 which is maintained in version A7.1 but as per version quantity should be 60.

We have created Baseline for Version A6.1 with quantity as 60 and then revised to version A7.1 and changed quantity to 70. Again open previous version A6.1 and Edit filter apply to Baseline which is showing correct quantity.

If Add to Baseline option will be available in New Change Notice for Affected Objects in Action menu then it will be better for user to create baseline before revising part.
