Hello

you can do this in 2 ways.

The more complex (works in WC10 and previous):

-In the drop down menu of your workspace, you can modify preferences, notably the configSpec of the workspace.

In the tab "Configuration context for Document" , you can configure the desired baseline.

-Then, add the assembly in the workspace (let's says in LATEST).  All the CADdocuments that are not compatible with the baseline versions will be marked as "obsolete Configuration of the Workspace"  (be carrefull, there's 2 different columns for the obsolete indicator: one to tell it is not the absolute latest version, one to telle you're obsolete regarding the configspec of your workspace )

-update the workspace. It will update the correct revisions regarding the workspace.

the second way: more simple (in Winchill 10)

In the add to workspace UI. you can change the ConfigSpec (little button with a structure and a pen)

And here, you are able to choose a baseline.

Objets not latest will be shown as "obsolete".  but you can combine solution 1 and 2 to have correct "obsolete" indicators : display the 2 columns , and you can see rapidly objects that are in baseline and whose which are not absolut latest.

regards

Gregory
