After confirming with PTC TS that this isn't a current feature (Case 11229629), we are requesting that the utility be created to precompile InfoEngine tasks.
The use case is that during the build generation (using the BIF), all resource bundles and java files are compliled into the build package. Tomcat provides a jsp precompile utility to compile all JSP files prior to their first request as well (catches compiliation issues and saves the compile time from user requests). A similar utility for InfoEngine tasks would be helpful for the same reasons - to catch compiliation issues prior to files being deployed onto a server, and to improve system performance by not requiring the system to generate the necessary java file and compile it prior to executing the InfoEngine task.
