Current functionality: Affected Object table with in a PR, CR, or CN you have to right click in the row, select Edit Annotations which then opens a window that you then have to click the green plus to open another window (add annotations window). You then need to put a check mark next to the annotation that you want and click ok....click ok again and finally the annotation is added.
I see an opportunity here to remove many clicks and windows. The functionality should be something like this: Affected Object table, right click in the row and column for associated annotations and a window will open with the list of available annotations, you can then select the one you want and click ok...adding it to the Change Doc. I have had many users here question why so many windows and clicks to attach the annotation....I have no good answer for them.
