Adding Change Task as an option for searchable type

1st of all, many users like to be able to search by Change Task since it is easy and faster to search for.

It is also access many times to work on a project until it is done.

Users have to access change notice and go to the Implementation to access the change task and that is very hassle.

It is an enhancement to add this type to Preference Management to allow configuration for Change Task as Default type in the Global Search Dealt Types List.

It is nice to be able to change by Change Task accessing from the search toolbar at the top right corner, next to 'Quick Links'.

This is request for Windchill 10.1 PDMLink enhancement.

Take a look at

codebase/com/ptc/windchill/enterprise/search/server/SearchableAttributesByType.properties

codebase/com/ptc/windchill/enterprise/search/server/SearchableTypes.properties

and there's a preference at Search/All Applicable Object Types Search.  If I remember correctly, the UI limits the value to less than the actual maximum and you may have to set the property on the backend.
