Adding automatically loaded attributes to layouts (PDMLink 10.0)

When we link an iba  to an object via the interface, the iba is automatically added to the layouts.

However, when we associate an iba to an object in using the loadFromFile, adding automatically in layouts does not occur. We are obliged to do association with each layout in the load files.

A standardization of the two behaviors would be interesting.
A Preference could be set to specify if the loaded attributes must be automatically associated to the layout of the impacted object.

What's specified in the load file is what been loaded for the type definition. That's the reason the new attribute is not automatically placed in layouts during the load. Instead, we expect the load file to define explicitly which layouts those new attributes are to be placed.

Also we expect the user to update the type definition via the interface and export the changes into a new type load file. Manually modifing a type load file is error-prone.

Adding a preference is an option.
