Adding batch change in security label.

I want to add batch change to the function of security label.

*There isn't a method to be batch change on the security label at "WTdocument" now.

(Including of Non-Latest iterations)

Operation individually to be performed manually is not efficient.

In 10.2 M020 PTC released an UpdateSecurityLabel command line utility that includes an option for setting the labels for "all versions" of an object.  You can find out more about this utility in the Windchill Security Labels Configuration and Implementation Guide.  In an upcoming release it is planned that we allow for this "all version" behavior when setting a security label value directly from the Manage Security UI that will compliment many of the usability improvements for managing security labels introduced with 10.2 M030.
