As an administrator, it's often difficult to see how an actual end user sees their screen. Edit access controls only goes so far. An enhancement would be the capability to "View As" a user to see exactly what they're seeing and then use that to try to figure out what problem they're facing. At the same time Edit access controls could be expanded to show more details beyond the ACL rule boxes.
Examples. If you move a Change Notice and it's task from one product to another, sometimes it retains the access based on the original product causing a lot of confusion. Sometimes user settings/views/etc can change what they're seeing.

Being able to diagnose end user access issues and other user specific aspects of Windchill.

Administrative service to keep people working efficiently. Would be an enhancement to our capability.
