Current 11.2 OOTB create AuthorizationAgreement wizard, does not offer the functionality to collect related WTDocument/EPMDocument of WTPart and add them collectively to the Agreements.
With the existing Windchill Agreement create UI limitation, it is unrealistic to manually search and add all the related object (WTDocument/EMPDocument) to the Agreement manually. Additionally it may get even more time & efforts consuming if there is big set of WTPart to be added to Agreement and each WTPart has approx 10-15 related objects (sometime there are more or less related objects). Same applies for adding multiple principles in single go.
There are APIs to add/remove object/principles to Agreements, and the existing UI uses the same APIs to accomplish the job. However those APIs are not supported.
If the APIs are marked supported/public, customer can write their own custom utilities and get the job done. Hence, the product idea...
