Indian Government initiated a process that Studies like Schools, Colleges and University's will be having their own Indian language for studies. ( now all the degree courses are taught in English. In near future all Indian languages only will be taught based on linguistic states.)

I am in Telangana. They want Windchill software should have language as Telugu for better understanding about software.
