Allow Edit Subscription capability for non-owner in Product/Project Manager Role

When a subscription needs to be edited by a non-owner even if its the Project/Product Manager the option to edit is grayed out.  It would be very valuable for the Project/Product manager to be able to edit subscriptions after its creation.

The use case we have is we would like to do a Save As on a Project that has a set configuration including subscriptions.  However after the new Project is created we need the ability for any person in the Project Manager to be able to edit the subscription which is not possible today.

Just ran into this limitation today. User created many subscriptions for the team, but she is the only person who can edit them. They are in a Project, so you'd expect the Project Manager role would be able to edit these subscriptions, but they cannot. I'm assuming the limitation is the subscription being associated with a user and not a container. Subscriptions should be container visible and editable by the container manager.
