If a search is conducted with the type set to CADdocument then user defined attributes can be displayed in the results table. If the same search is conducted with the type set to all then the user defined attribute column does not display.

Suggestion is to allow the attribute column to to displayed and populated for objects that have the attribute and ignored for objects that do not regardless of object type searched for.

Hello

depending of number of attributes, you can workaround that (since WC10) , by setting these attributes at root level

(WTPart, EPMDoc, Change .. .etc ..)

And then filter out these attributes in each subtypes layouts (create, update, info page, etc ...) if you do not want to see them on some subtypes pages ..
