PTC should allow the simple implementation of a custom URL for any and all user licensing issues.
The out-of-the-box license errors presented to users are of no value. The information on the page does not inform the user of their problem or provide any feedback on how to get it resolved. This results in an internal help desk call which could be avoided if we could implement our own custom page.
The most common requests are when a user is not currently licensed (account created, but no license assigned) or there are no licenses available (ADU license pool is empty).
