Allow developers to customize the ribbon toolbar on the Structure tab of Parts. Also allow customizers to create their own ribbon toolbars for other object types.
Well, at least the ability to add to the Reports list and to move the tools blocks around is available with 10.2 M030. That is as much customization of that ribbon as we've done so far.
