Allow direct link of a WTPart to a Supplier without having a Supplier Part

Would like the capability to directly link a WTPart to a Supplier without having a Supplier Part.  Would like to just be able to indicate the supplier part number and status on the AML/AVL link.  The supplier parts add an extra layer to the current process n many cases because a lot of suppliers use our part numbers as their internal part number.  Having to create and manage the supplier part is an extra burden on the process.

We have not seen this as a broadly used pattern and would certainly be a challenge to support different supplier/vendor views of the structure.  A possibility would be to look at streamlining the process for this use case.
