In Windchill Quality Solutions (formerly Relex), there are several attributes for Users in Administrator, such as company, email, etc.
In the Calculation file, a user can utilize special functions such as "$company()", which will return the company of the user whom is currently logged in when the calculation is triggered.
This enhancement request is to allow these special functions to accept another field as a parameter. For example, if a field called "Assigned To" is tied to the <All Users> list from Administrator, then the special function should allow "Assigned To" to be a parameter, so that the result of the field for "$company(Assigned To)" displays the respective company for the user selected, not just the user who is logged in.
