Allow flexible WF Activity naming with automatic change notice creation

I found through error and trial that if you rename the "Create New Change Notice" assigned activity in the Change Request workflow to something else, the checkbox to "Automatically Create Change Notice" disappears.  Tying this highly useful functionality to a specific task name is restricting the ability for the functionality to realize it's full potential (gives it a very low glass ceiling).

Please provide a way for users to access this functionality more flexibly.

Jeffrey Zemsky‌ Probably you can mark this idea as solved. There is a preference "Localized Create New Change Notice Task Name" to exactly solve this renaming.
