I would like to add a Idea to implement same functionality to import from spreadsheet for MPM resources as it works for wt.part.WTPart
Actualy the MPMResources could be exported to importable spreadsheet but it's not possible to import it back to Windchill.
The Validation fails for different types then WtPart and their subtypes.
It could helps to manage the tooling, skills, and groups easily by that functionality.
