Allow supported custom attributes in Windchill Directory Server

Currently it is impossible to add any attributes to the Windchill Directory Server without a high risk customization.   This does not meet the needs of our business.

This idea is for PTC to incorporate a mechanism that would allow for adding attributes without the need to undergo a high risk customization.

Step 1 in the tech support article states to follow an internal article, 162340, and to contact PTC Tech Support to obtain it.

When I contacted PTC Tech Support, I was told several times that the reason that this article was internal was because it was a high risk customization.  After being warned that this was a high risk customization, we decided against proceeding any further.

Being able to add additional information to the built in Windchill DS and LDAP would be of benefit to our company, and solve a couple of issues for us.  But we do not wish to take any unnecessary risks with our system.
