In Windchill 11.1 M020 it is impossible to change the default filter in the collector on a change task. It would make the collector much more useful if we could filter by state, so that only items that are "In work" are added to the resulting items list in a change task by default.
Currently it is possible to change the filter in the resulting items collector, but this change is not persisted and must be done by the user every time the collector is used.
The idea, therefore, is to enable a saved filter function, similar to the one in the PSB, where the user can save their own filters or choose one that an admin has created. A further improvement would be to allow the admin to set a default filter for the collector on the resulting items table.
