Allow to change OIR default destination

OIR having an option how to set "Folder_Name" but we also need to change "Default" destination

<Arg>/Default/Folder_Name</Arg>

In some cases we want to have all kind of objects (like baselines etc.) in one place (just one library or product) but system always forcing us to create every new object in default destination that cannot be changed by OIR. Moving them afterwards is wasting of time...

I use folders after the default to put promotion requests into a folder for each year with no problems.

I know certain OIRs do not properly read the folder statement, change notice was one, but I think it is fixed.

If you set the OIR folder and your object does not go there, open a call and get them to acknowledge that it is a bug!!!

Using folders as well but in some cases need to create all objects in similar destination which is impossible because "/Default" is always related to context of creation. I want to get rid of that restriction and send all objects to the same context/folder.

Hello,

Generally the point is to store specific object to just one Specific context and doesn't matter where you create it.

If I create the object in Context A or B or C it will be stored always in the context XYZ.
