Allow to save or preset by default the column width in "File Open" dialog box in Creo Parametric or "Open from Windchill" in other CAD Applications.
If the command is called several times, at the moment the manually customized width of the columns is always reset to the default width.

- Make it possible to pre-define the column width (for a Windchill Table View) in Open from Windchill dialog
