Based on archived idea I rise hand to implement it.

Allow user to define external email for Subscription 

The Subscription in Windchill is very useful,

There could be the option to send this subscription to external email of the Windchill.

new button could be presented to add the email address.

1. Why ? PTC does not know partners activity roles atc.?

- industry? Transportation, Automotive, Arms industry, Flexo presses, Agricultural machines and more...

2. All actual versions. 11.0 - 12.1.0.0

3. there is no Problem there is just idea that it would be nice to inform external users by email because the user do not have access to Windchill. ERP users that do not need license to Windchill... 

4. use case is simple. External person from ERP system needs to be inform that part ,drawing process plan what ever has been changed and he can plan his work more efficiently. 

5. Much more better relationship with customers that they know that creating a idea has a purpose.
