Alternative BOM: Cannot create view with different variation of WTPart using VersionControlHelper.service.insertNode API.

Steps to reproduce : 

Create a WTPart (Design A.1)  manually.

Use the VersionControlHelper.service.insertNode API to create a new View (Manufacturing A.1). This works. 

Now use the same API again to create a new view variation (Manufacturing, production, 001 A.1). This fails with error "Iteration already exist". 

 

PFA the code sample and instructions attached. PFA also the error stack trace. 

 

From the UI user can create alternate BOM (Manufacturing A.1), (Manufacturing, production A.1) and more combinations of variations based off the Design view of Part (A.1).
