When you subtype a CAPA to a SCAR, typically clients want the labels for the record types, tasks and form labels to also be updated to not add confusion.
Along with the above requirement the elements like Actions Plans drop down Type should also reflect only those options that are relevant to the sub-type instead of the entire list in the drop down.
