The Object Initialisation Rules for WtPart are set to display the Auto-generated number, but not allow the user to change it.
This works fine in Commonspace when creating new WtParts.
However in the ProE workspace, when using Auto Associate to create the WtPart, the number is NOT displayed, it should be.
