Ability for the system to automatically attach a document redline when submitting a document for review (Set State) within a change or approval process. This could be an option in the workflow to perform Word comparison from DTI.
This would ensure the capture of a redline at the point the document is locked for editing and provides the reviewer with redline for ease of identifying changes. Our business currently manually captures the redline but then requires a manual audit check that all redline changes were implemented. This would show the updates after implementation resulting in the audit check not being necessary.
