Automate Security Audit Report

We have an oversees branch company and they will use PDMLink to store their engineered type of machines in our Windchill. I will be the agreement that we will not look to these machines, just allow them to store their data. To prove this I plan to send a Security Audit report every month to them with an overview of the objects that have been downloaded. I have seen that I can create manually a Security Audit Query (picture 1). When executing this query data is collected from the database about the download access for objects in a certain context (Lynx) and the result appears like in picture 2. It would be wonderfull if this process is not manually but automated (on schedule). This should not be a huge task.

You can use Report Manager to build your query and than run a data monitor on it.

You can find the standard security audit report here: Windchill\loadFiles\reports\auditReports\StandardAuditReport.xml. Copy this report to your local disk.

In Report Management on Site, you are able to "Upload Report Template from QML" and pick the local StandardAuditReport.xml and you can make a data monitor on it as Marco_Tosin said.

You can modify it to run on specific Products and for specific event types. It is a good idea to remove a couple of the columns too.

This way you can have a daily/weekly/Monthly email sent to your contact in the branch company.
