Automatic Selection Preference

This preference is for the Visualization on the Structure Tab.  I allows for cross highlighting from visual to model structure and vise versa.  Vast majority of the users prefer it set to true.

• Change the following defaults to be true, or have the option to set as, for all Windchill users:

Automatically Select from Structure to Visualization
Automatically Select from visualization structure
