Working with our subcontractors for maintenance manuals authoring we use projectlink to share data modules that have to be authored by them.

Doing so, we have customized the edit functionnality of dynamic documents to be able to add attachments.

The subcontractors add these attachments once the document is checkout from PDM.

Problem is when we send the dynamic document back to the PDM, attachments do not follow!

So we would like to :

  • First, be ablle to add attachments to dynamic documents
  • Be able to keep added attachments when sending back the document to the PDM
