Today it is very complex to correctly assign licenses in Windchill.
The connection between sales packages and associated technical licenses is often very difficult to understand.
Furthermore, the license files transmitted by PTC cannot be checked for correctness before importing them into Windchill. If something goes wrong during the transfer of the license file, you cannot undo the import afterwards.
Changes to the functionalities of individual licenses (mainly WTPart related) also create great uncertainties for both AEs and customers.
