CAD Worker administration requires daily monitoring and servicing tasks by the admin, unfortunately, no out-of-the-box Windchill tools are available to facilitate this for them.
Would like to see PTC adding standard tools to easily monitor and notify on publishing jobs, worker status etc... A good reporting tool to drive metrics would also be very valuable.
